Wir versenden unsere Ware ins Ausland mit eingeschriebener SWISS POST Economy (www.post.ch). Die Versandkosten richten sich nach dem grössten Objekt im Warenkorb. Die Lieferdauer beträgt ca. 3-4 Wochen (abhängig von der Destination) nach Bestelleingang. Versand der Ware mit SWISS POST Priority oder EXPRESS ist auf Anfrage möglich. Shipping Switzerland
We ship all our goods by SWISS POST Economy (www.post.ch). The shipping cost within Switzerland is included in the price. It will take less than 1 week after placing your order for your parcel to arrive. SWISS POST Priority and Express shipments are available upon request. Shipping Abroad
We ship all our goods by registered SWISS POST Economy (www.post.ch). The shipping rate is based on the largest item of your order. It will take around 3-4 weeks after placing your order for your parcel to arrive. Priority and Express shipments are available upon request. 1. Vertragsabschluss
Sie erhalten nach Zahlungseingang eine Bestätigung Ihrer Bestellung per E-Mail. Der Vertrag zwischen Ihnen (Kunde) und der Rothirsch Switzerland (FB Medien GmbH) tritt bei Ihrer Bestellung in Kraft.
2. Zahlungskonditionen
Wir akzeptieren Zahlungen per Kreditkarte (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) oder PayPal über die Plattform von PayPal. Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Waren in bar bei der Firma Manroof Gmbh, Mattengasse 7, 8005 Zürich zu bezahlen.
3. Umtausch und Rücksendungen
Ware kann nur in einwandfreiem Zustand bis zu 7 Tage nach Erhalt retourniert werden. Falls Sie die Ware wegen Defekt retournieren, bitte eine schriftliche Nachricht über den Defekt der Sendung beilegen. Das Porto für die Rücksendung trägt Rothirsch Switzerland (FB Medien GmbH).
4. Datenschutz und Sicherheit
Sämtliche Daten werden von uns vertraulich behandelt. Die Rothirsch Switzerland (FB Medien GmbH) gibt Adressdaten nicht an Dritte weiter und hält sich an die schweizerische Datenschutzgesetzgebung. Die uns bekannten Adressen können für interne Werbezwecke verwendet werden.
5. Gerichtsstand
Die Rechtsbeziehung zwischen dem Kunden und der Rothirsch Switzerland (FB Medien GmbH) untersteht ausschliesslich schweizerischem Recht. Gerichtsstand und Erfüllungsort ist Zug
6. Schlussbestimmungen
Sollten eine oder mehrere Regelungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, so zieht dies nicht die
Unwirksamkeit der gesamten Geschäftsbedingungen nach sich. Die unwirksame Regelung wird durch eine einschlägige gesetzliche Regelung ersetzt.

Business Conditions
1. Conclusion of Contract
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The contract between you (customer) and Rothirsch Switzerland (FB Medien GmbH) is entered by submitting the order and electronically accepting the TERM and CONDITIONS. By ordering, you accept our TERMS and CONDITIONS and all prices.
2. Payment Methods
You can pay your merchandise with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or PayPal through the Paypal website. You can pay and pick up the goods in cash at Manroof GmbH, Mattengasse 7, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland.
3. Return Policy
You may return the merchandise within 7 days after receipt. Used merchandise cannot be returned and will not be accepted. If the goods are delivered damaged, please return with description of damages. The costs for returning damaged merchandise is payed by Rothirsch Switzerland (FB Medien GmbH).
4. Privacy
Rothirsch is committed to protecting your privacy. No information will not be forwarded to any third parties. Your data will be stored for legal reasons.
5. Place of Jurisdiction
This contract shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
6. Final Provisions
If any of above mentioned points of the business conditions are invalid, this doesn't conclude, that all business conditions are invalid. The invalid point will be replaced with an eligible statement.
